JRP is a web-based tool that allows the HR to track various resumes posted to the Online Resume Builder. RENHIPRO allows the candidates to apply for the various positions in an Organization by posting their resumes to it.
JRP is a multi-user tool backed with SQL Server backend support with 3 levels of security. With Resume Tracker,the HR can :
- Define the various selection procedures for the selection of a candidate.
- View the complete profile of each candidate
- Filter the candidates based on various search criteria
- Call for technical reviews from the technical team for each and every candidate
- Facilitates short-listing or selecting a candidate
- Tracking the performance of the candidates at various rounds of the selection process.
- Generate various reports on the resumes posted, resume reviewed, appointments, etc.
- Generate reports of the previous performance of the candidates if he/she had applied for any of the post previously.
